Privacy policy

The app does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or microphone access, and does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA). Attempts, results, your collection and preferences stay on your device and are not sent to VESTÍGIO servers. The current version does not offer iCloud sync between devices.

When sharing a result, you choose the recipients in the iOS share sheet.

Reminders are optional, require your permission and are scheduled on your device, without push notifications.

The “Share anonymous usage” option records game events only in your device's memory: in this version, nothing is sent to an analytics service. You can turn it off in the app's Settings.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app receives purchase status, but not your card details. If you use TestFlight, Apple may make invitation details, technical information, crash reports and the feedback you submit available to the developer, to resolve beta issues. This website uses no marketing cookies or analytics. Vercel, which hosts the site, may record your IP address, browser, date and page requested for operation and security under its privacy policy.

If you contact us, we use your email, message and attachments to address your request. Messages and feedback are kept for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations; hosting logs follow Vercel's rules. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Apple, hosting and email services may process information outside Brazil.

To erase attempts and collection pieces, open the app's Settings › Data › Erase my collection. Removing the app also deletes its local data, but does not cancel an Apple subscription.

You can request information about your data, access, correction, deletion, portability or exercise other applicable rights under Brazil's LGPD by emailing hidertanure@gmail.com.

The website uses HTTPS and local app data benefits from iOS protections. No system is entirely risk-free. The app requires no registration and does not ask children for personal information; parents and guardians can contact us with questions or to request deletion of information sent to support.

If anything changes, we will publish a new version on this page with an updated date. Any new data-collection service will be disclosed before it is enabled.
