VESTÍGIO is an observation game for entertainment: you look at a stimulus for a few seconds and rebuild it from memory. It is not a health, therapy, diagnostic, formal education or ability-assessment product, and it makes no promise to improve memory, focus, intelligence or any condition. Scores are part of the game, not measurements.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store rules, and to access this website, for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The name, texts, exhibitions, sounds, images, design and code of VESTÍGIO are original and protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. VESTÍGIO is a working title and may change.

You agree not to:

• copy, extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app, the exhibitions or the website content;
• reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where expressly permitted by law;
• use bots, scripts or automation to play, scrape content or overload the website;
• circumvent free-plan limits or purchase mechanisms;
• use the app or the website for any unlawful purpose.

The daily exhibition is free. Curator Pass is an optional subscription, sold only inside the app, that unlocks unlimited archive practice and per-sense statistics.

• Plans: monthly (reference US$4.99) and annual (reference US$29.99). The final price in your currency, including taxes, is the one shown on the App Store before purchase.
• Free trial: 7 days on the annual plan, for those eligible under Apple's rules. When the trial ends, the annual plan is charged automatically unless cancelled before.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews at the end of each period, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation: in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions (Apple's instructions). Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Billing and refunds: handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. Refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore: in Curator Pass › Restore purchases, with the same Apple ID.

Price changes follow App Store rules, and Apple notifies subscribers when required.

We work to keep the app and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove exhibitions and features; material changes affecting the subscription will be announced with reasonable notice.

The app and the website are provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or any other rule that cannot be waived by contract.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of local data caused by device failure, deleting the app or user action. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, and does not restrict consumer rights. [TO FILL: legal review of this clause]
